Henderson make changes to the International Property Fund

On 2 August 2010, Henderson and Aviva Investors reached an agreement to transfer the management of the Henderson International Property Fund resulting in Aviva Investors becoming the Investment Manager and Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) from this date. This means that the name of the fund has changed to the Aviva Investors International Property fund.

Later this year, Aviva will be asking the Financial Services Authority for approval to restructure the fund. We will write to you again to let you know what this means for you as soon as we have more information.
